Active Flow is movement practice focused on developing strength, mobility, flexibility and coordination by exploring the body as an integrated system — cultivating stability, balance and efficiency in motion. Each session combines bodyweight training with awareness of alignment, breathing and movement research, enhancing both physical capacity and body awareness. Accessible to all levels, it invites you to move with precision and curiosity, building a strong, fluid and connected body.
