In my regular classes, we cultivate efficiency and flow in movement through both technical training and movement research, with special attention to sensory refinement and creative autonomy.

Each session offers space for technique — refining floorwork, transitions, dynamic contrasts, spatial awareness — and for exploratory research, where improvisation tasks open pathways for curiosity and personal investigation.

My pedagogical approach combines techniques such as floorwork, partnering, improvisation, somatic practices, and the Get Physical Process (developed by Ricardo de Paula and Grupo Oito). The goal is always to empower students’ creativity and autonomy, encouraging each mover to expand their own tools and strategies.

Highly physical and dynamic, the class usually progresses between movement research, floorwork, and choreographic phrases. Expect refined sensory work and a solid workout.
