What is Flow Dynamics? 

In this workshop, we explore flow and organic qualities of movement, investigating how to use the body’s structure more efficiently to gain clarity, fluidity, and ease. Attention is given to minimizing unnecessary muscular tension while engaging joints, bones, and breath as active pathways for movement.

Through guided tasks and improvisation, we move between levels, going in and out of the floor with minimum effort, shifting weight, and exploring transitions that oscillate between attack and release. We examine how one movement influences the spine and extremities, and how awareness of vectors and momentum can expand possibilities for movement.

The practice progresses from improvisation to floorwork, standing material, and choreographic phrases. Highly physical and dynamic, it combines refined sensory attention with strong physical training, inviting participants to balance precision, efficiency, and expressive freedom.

Bookings and Inquiries 

Flow Dynamics can take different formats — from a weekend intensive (2 days, 4 hours per day), to a shorter masterclass, or a full-week immersive workshop. The structure and depth of the content will be adapted to the chosen format, allowing us to either introduce key principles or dive more deeply into technical and creative exploration.

This workshop can also be adapted to different levels, making it suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced groups, as well as professional dancers.
